CO –DIRECTOR ~ KEN ROWLES
Ken started out in the FIlm and Television industry in 1960 and
has built up a wealth of experience over the last 40 something
years. During this time Ken has produced and directed for both
television and film, including the production of 70's feature
films. Ken has taken a keen interest in training for
media which is evident from his work on formulating NVQ's in Production
Management with Skillset and as a member of the BECTU training
committee. Ken has also chaired the Kent Film and Television
association, has been vice chair of BECTU producers
and directors as well as being the curator of the Thanet
Movie Museum and Film Centre. Now semi-retired, Ken has
a few projects up his sleeve which include making a film about
Merton Park Film Studios and setting up television website AFLOAT.

CO – DIRECTOR ~ KEVIN O’ REILLY
Kevin is Chief Executive of Sheppey Matters, the charity
responsible for Screen on Sheppey. Kevin has over 12 years' experience
in the regeneration sector and played a key role in bringing cinema back
to the Isle of Sheppey in 2006.

TO FESTIVAL DIRECTOR ~ ZOE BUSHELL
Zoe trained in Television
and Film at Canterbury Christ Church University College between 2001 and 2004. She
joined Ken Rowles as a production assistant at Three Mills Studios
where she gained a valuable insight into the real world of TV
and Film. Zoe also worked as part of the post-production
team on Sailing Buy. Currently she is training as a teacher
with the view of passing on her knowledge in media.
TECHNICAL
DIRECTOR ~ STEVE KANE
Steve has been running Spectrum Video (shortly to re - brand as Touchbase
Media) for the last 15 years producing films
for many blue chip clients all over Europe.
As well as filming and post production Spectrum offer disc duplication,
a media design and an ideas/concept service along with a web film production
facility.
With a wealth of knowledge in the industry we hope to add our expertise
in the predicted success of the Swale Film Festival.

ART ~ VIV TAYLOR
Viv Taylor has
a keen interest in developing the culture and commercial
aspects of music and art within the Swale. Viv is vice chairman of The
Swale Arts Forum and runs SoundArt who
provide recording studio and rehearsal facilities as well as promoting
live music and arts events.
JUST FILMS - JUST
Justin has run several courses
in partnership with Sheppey Resource Centre, a local project for
people with mental health problems. He also ran a general course
for Screen on Sheppey in the summer of 2006 and film-making workshops
for the Bay Youth Club.
